1. Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer):
   You can make payments via bank transfer or EFT to any of our accounts in Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, T. İş Bank, and Yapı Kredi Bank in (TRY).

2. Credit Card Payment via Our Website:
   You can make an online single payment or benefit from installment options via Akbank online for any credit card. After your online payment, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of a potential order cancellation or stock issues, the refund to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.

3. Order Payment Refund:
   In case of order cancellation for any reason, XXXXXXX Limited Company will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, it is essential that you provide your correct and complete bank account information and/or credit card details to our finance department.

4. Delivery:
   We strive to ship your ordered products on the same day. For products that require time to be sourced, the delivery time is as stated in the product details, which is 3 business days. You will be informed of any potential delivery delays.
   To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure to provide your delivery address where you will be available during the day.
   Your requests will be processed based on the delivery method you select at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped with the XXXXXXXX shipping company. After your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the shipping company within 2 (two) business days.
   You can consult our customer representative regarding different delivery terms. Additionally, delivery services are valid only for Turkey.

5. Payment Tracking:
   If the system is unable to process the transaction due to any issue, our visitor will be informed of the situation on the payment page.
   If there is an error in the specified address and delivery cannot be made, the order will be followed up with the person who placed the order.
   The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is transferred.
   We are responsible both to the customer and to the bank where we use the credit card system regarding the delivery of the products.

Please pay attention!
If you suspect the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the company representative when you receive it. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and ensure that the shipping company prepares a report.
Once the product is accepted, it is assumed that the shipping company has fulfilled its duties.
If the product is damaged: Please send the prepared report to the fax number 0212 XXXXXXX and notify us via email at XXXXXXXX@XXXX.com.
Once you complete these steps, we will initiate the necessary actions regarding your package and ensure the delivery is redone as soon as possible.
If you briefly explain the reason for returning the product in this email, it will assist us in addressing the issue more efficiently.
